About Massivplus AB 

Massivplus AB drives the development of circular and climate-driven value chains. The company is governed by a member-driven association with a clear purpose according to the industry initiative Massiv+. The initiative is backed by companies such as Volvo Cars, EY, Microsoft, Sandvik, SKF, IKEA, & GU Ventures. The company is in the startup phase and has a clear plan through the approval of a three-year Vinnova project. 

About the Role 

The role, which is the first position in the company, combines project management, business development, and operational responsibility. Your focus will be to drive projects, develop business opportunities, and build ecosystems together with industry, technology partners, and public actors. You will work closely with many committed stakeholders and engage in dialogues at various levels in different types of organizations. The position is located at the new innovation hub, Näst Innovation Destination, in Torslanda, Gothenburg Sweden. 

Responsibilities 

• Translate set goals and visions into concrete actions, activities and results 

• Identify and develop business opportunities, partnerships, and financing 

• Build ecosystems and establish new relationships 

• Develop a clear direction for Massiv+ together with stakeholders and founders

Your Profile 

• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management and business development 

• High operational ability and strong delivery capacity 

• Confident in dialogues at a high level with industry and technology partners 

• Entrepreneurial energy and ability to generate new opportunities 

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written 

• Ability to create structure, drive initiatives, and shape working methods in a growing company 

Location 

Näst Innovation hub in Torslanda, Gothenburg Sweden. Some travel is included.
